Conclusion

Jesus' way of the cross ended at the tomb. But, we must remember that Jesus did not stay in the tomb; he rose on Easter Sunday!

Each of us is presently journeying somehow our own way of the cross. Some days we may feel like we're trapped in a tomb already.

But as death ultimately had no power over Jesus, it will have no power over us either, if we live in communion with Jesus now and keep our eyes fixed on our goal of eternal life.

Jesus' passion, death and resurrection foreshadow our own. We are a resurrection people: a people who live even now in the light of the Lord's resurrection and look forward to our own.
