Mass
Elon CCM celebrates multiple Masses on Sundays during the Elon University academic year. You can worship with us on at either the Numen Lumen Pavilion on campus or in the Elon Community Church, at the corner of Haggard and Williamson Avenues. All students, faculty, staff, and community members are invited to join us every Sunday. If you have family or friends visiting, or if you are an alumni stopping by, everyone is welcome! CCM celebrates weekday Masses as well in the Numen Lumen Pavilion.
Every once in a while, Mass times or locations may change. This may happen on Family Weekend, for Mass on the Grass, or on Easter Sunday. If this is the case, listen for an announcement at preceding Masses, or you can always check our website! Please note that Masses are usually not scheduled during the summer or when Elon is not in session (Christmas break, Fake break).
Adoration
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is held every first Friday of the month, from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm (before the 12:15 pm daily Mass), in the Numen Lumen Pavilion. All are welcome to spend time in the true presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist.
Liturgical Ministries
Our students serve as liturgical ministers at both Sunday Masses. Lectors proudly proclaim the Word of God, Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist serve the precious Body and Blood, and Greeters welcome everyone at the door. We encourage any student to volunteer your services at all our liturgies. Please contact to sign up. We have scheduled trainings throughout the year, and we often personally train new ministers when requested.
Music Ministry
Our CCM Choir is vibrant and uplifting, enhancing our Eucharistic celebrations, and we are always looking for people to join! If you have any musical talents, whether it be singing or playing an instrument, please email any of our Music Interns for more info.
