Our CCM Servant Leadership team is continually hard at work to help put on all of our programs and activities! Student Interns and CCM staff are also available if you ever need to chat about faith or life in general. Favorite thing about CCM: My favorite thing about CCM is the fellowship that we aim to build through each of our events. I particularly love our annual Awakening Retreat and how it highlights the commitment and love for each member of our community.

Favorite thing about CCM: I call Elon my home because of CCM. Our community serves and cares for the whole being: we share meals at Sunday Supper, hang out regularly at the Holland House, and grow in our faith together both at Mass and retreats!

Fun Fact: When traveling to India for the Public Health Practicum, I visited the Aga Khan Palace which was constructed by Gandhi to provide a source of employment for local villagers, and while there I was able to see the memorial site where some of Gandhi's ashes are enshrined.
Favorite thing about CCM: All the opportunities available, such as retreats, small groups, and Sunday suppers, where I am able to grow in my faith and create long lasting friendships with those who share similar beliefs!

Favorite thing about CCM: The family this organization has given me. The beginning of freshman year was so difficult because while I was able to meet lots of great people, I didn’t feel like anyone really knew me and knew my heart, until I really got involved in CCM. Every event with CCM makes me feel so seen and loved for who I am.

Favorite thing about CCM: Catholic Campus Ministry has truly provided me with a community of people who encourage me to grow in my faith. My favorite thing about CCM has to be the people. I am so grateful to be surrounded by welcoming peers who are rooted in faith and grounded in similar beliefs as me.

Associate Chaplain for Catholic Life
Brief Bio: Fr. Peter was born and raised outside of Buffalo, NY. Fr. Peter attended Franciscan University of Steubenville and then joined the Franciscan Friars. He studied at Washington Theological Union receiving a Masters of Divinity and has been ordained a Catholic Priest since 2012. Apart from ministry his hobbies include woodworking and furniture making along with reading and studying theology, philosophy, and science. He is very fond of chicken wings and snow.

Brief Bio: T has been involved with Catholic Campus Ministry ever since graduating from UNC - Chapel Hill. T loves working with university students and has been known to share his talents in the kitchen and passion for food. He has a Masters in Pastoral Studies degree from Loyola New Orleans and enjoys bringing others closer to Christ. When T's not on campus, you can find him spending quality time with his wife and two kids!

Brief Bio: Kasey brings 11 years of campus ministry experience to Elon, most recently serving in the Diocese of Little Rock, AR. She is a CCMA certified Campus Minister and finds great joy in building a welcoming community for students of all backgrounds. In her spare time, you might catch Kasey skating around in roller derby!

Brief Bio: Lizzie graduated from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC, with a Bachelors of Science in Food and Nutrition.There, she was also involved in the CCM program at NC State. She previously worked in a parish setting at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Cary, NC, but now is excited to be doing young adult ministry with Elon CCM!
George Brunner

Brief Bio: George joins the Elon CCM staff after years of experience in development work at the Duke Catholic Center. George graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. George has worked in full-time ministry as a CRE in Frederick, MD, Campus Minister at UNCG, and Youth Minister in VA. He was married in 2011 and has three children. George is a member of the Youth Apostles community. He enjoys hiking, coaching rock climbing, and all board games.
