Testing Dates for 2013The exam will be available the following dates:
We do not monitor the test outside of these dates, so if you take the test at any other time, your score will not be counted. All incoming freshmen are asked to take the test by June 1 to help the Advising Center create your fall schedule, and to let your advisor know whether you have met the language requirement. The absolute deadline is October 1; taking it by June 1 makes your life easier. Beginning with the class of 2015, every student must take the language placement exam by October 1 of her/his first full year at Elon. Students are allowed two tries; the higher score is counted. That score stands and may not be replaced by later testing. (Students in the classes of 2013 and 2014 are excluded from this restriction and may test twice yearly.) If you are testing on campus, please proceed to the Language Media Center in Carlton unless you've been told otherwise. |
