"If you dont have to put it in writing, don't". If you can pick up the phone and call them just as quickly as you can write an email or a letter, then do that. It is more personable anyway. Also you can get in trouble for writing things sometimes, but never for saying somethjing, because they have no proof. Written things can come back to haunt you later, people keep written things, they can only attempt to remember phone conversations."
