Deadbeat Melodies
WSOE is a student-run noncommercial radio station based at Elon University in Elon, North Carolina.

WSOE's format is alternative rock, but per the station's charter, jazz is played every weekday morning from 6am to 10am, and until 12pm on Fridays. WSOE has an automated broadcast system that broadcasts music 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, all year long. The automation system plays the current music in musical rotation, as well as jazz during the applicable time. Although the automation system is always running, it can be and is turned down so that student and local DJs can do their show and play their music
