Cindy Novak RN, BSN, Occupational Health Nurse, has worked as a nurse for over 23 years. She attended Elon College for two years before transferring to UNC-G where she received a BS in Biology and BSN in Nursing. Her professional background includes experience in mental health, cardiology, pediatrics, home health, case management, and cardiac rehabilitation. She is a certified Wellness Coordinator and CPR Instructor.
As an Occupational Health Nurse for ARMC she contracts with Elon University to manage the faculty/staff wellness program as their wellness coordinator. Cindy encourages taking personal responsibility for your health and making the best choices today for a healthier tomorrow.

Janie Griffin, RN, attended Harper Hospital School of Nursing in Detroit, Michigan and University of Michigan Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program. She continued her education with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Nova University followed by a Masters In Business Administration from Jacksonville University. She practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for over 20 years in Florida with an emphasis on women’s and children’s preventative health. She is an Occupational Health Nurse and a Certified Wellness Coordinator. She and her husband enjoy traveling, especially to Australia to visit their son and their 2 grandchildren.
