What Do We Offer?
SALSA's Aerobic Exercise Program offers a series of different activities during the classes. Some of these activities include: Running, walking, stretching, stationary biking and step exercises. There are also opportunities during these classes for muscle toning of specific muscle areas such as abs, arms, legs etc.

Our Objective:

The main objective during all of our aerobics classes is to strengthen the cardiovascular system, therefore reducing cholesterol and blood pressure levels and the risk to contract cardiovascular diseases.

How Much Experience Do I Need?

No experience is necessary. ALL ages and levels of fitness are welcome to participate. Instructors are able to create exercises to adapt to the needs and levels of class as well as individual participants. Individual attention is very important to us so please do not hesitate to ask your instructor for help.

Are the Programs in Spanish?

Some of our instructors do speak Spanish. Nevertheless, each instructor teaches in a manner that is easy to follow, are animated and dedicated to your comprehension and well-being.
