Phil Smith - Assistant Chaplain and Director of Religious Life
While often being seen on campus sporting a maroon and gold bow tie, or cheering on the his Tar Heels at the Dean Dome, Phil has evolved into a true die hard Phoenix fan during his short tenure at Elon. Phil has supervised many Phanatic Road Trips, most recently being to Spartanburg and Charleston to see the Phoenix take on Furman and the Citadel in SoCon football action. Phil was also seen this winter in Blacksburg and Charlottesville, rooting on the Men's Basketball team in contests with ACC opponents; Virginia Tech and Virginia. We thank Phil for his heart that bleeds maroon and gold, even though he may be covered in Tar Heel Blue!
