Our organization consists of class of 2010 graduates of Elon University's Periclean Scholars program, current members of Elon's Ghana Group of Periclean Scholars, and key partners in the USA and Ghana. Since 2007, we have been working to improve access to healthcare and promote sustainable development in Ghana's Volta Region through community partnerships, outreach, and education. January 2009 marked the opening of the Kpoeta Community Clinic, our major development initiative. In 2010, nurses housing was added to the clinic complex. In September 2011 the Government of Ghana (GoG) announced the upgrading of the Kpoeta Community Clinic to a Health Services Planning Center with two additional GoG-paid staff. In 2013 we began to offer scholarships to US students via the organization ScholarCHIPS. Currently, housing is being completed for the new staff at Kpoeta and the construction of a kindergarten in Sokode-Etoe continues. We welcome you explore our web site to learn about us and how to support our projects.
