Welcome to Elon University's Periclean Scholars (Ghana Group) web site. Since 2007, we have been working to improve access to healthcare and promote sustainable development in Ghana’s Volta Region through community partnerships, outreach, and education. January 2009 marked the opening of the Kpoeta Community Clinic, our major development initiative. Currently, medical staff housing for the Kpoeta Clinic is being built.
