Men’s soccer falls in overtime
 

Elon players go up for a header during the team’s game against Appalachain State (5-9-1, 3-3-0). Elon (4-8-1, 1-4-1) lost the game, 1-0, on an overtime goal by Appalachain State’s Matt Breeding. It was the first shot of the overtime period. The team has dropped its last three games by a combined score of 7-2 after winning three in a row, including its only conference win over Georgia Southern and a win over No. 25 South Carolina.
