School-Community Projects

Teacher education coursework at Elon often extends beyond the classroom, blending school and community in enriching and vital ways. 

In this section we feature a variety of projects, each having a particular focus or goal and typically involving a commitment of time, dedication - and perhaps a love of adventure - on the part of all who participate.

As you look at these examples, we think you will get a sense of the joy and satisfaction we feel as we reach out into the real world where we can learn and grow together in a natural community of learners.
