2010-2011 NC Campus Compact Campus Compact VISTA Recruitment!

NC Campus Compact is currently recruiting rising college seniors to serve as AmeriCorps*VISTAs at member campuses. If you have a student who has shown exemplary leadership, heart for service, and a passion to fight poverty, please encourage them to apply now.

What do NC Campus Compact VISTAs do?

• Help build mutually beneficial relationships with community based organizations
• Generate, assess, and refine co-curricular service opportunities
• Educate on, evaluate, and create service-learning courses and partnerships
• Improve and increase student leadership and participation in service programming
• Assist campuses in the implementation of programs that meet true community needs with deliberate community-based outcomes in mind
• Recruit future VISTA members from their host institution
