SAVE THE DATE! - VISTA Recognition Banquet – June 20, 2008

The VISTA Recognition Banquet will take place on June 20, 2008 at the O. Henry Hotel in Greensboro. The banquet is scheduled from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., and will include a luncheon and presentation to recognize the 2007-2008 VISTAs and the work that they have accomplished during their year of service with North Carolina Campus Compact.

NC Campus Compact VISTA supervisors, VISTA alumni, and personal guests of the VISTA members are invited to attend.  We hope to incorporate and recognize our VISTA alumni as part of this event as well.  Please inform any VISTA alumni that you know to join our Alumni Network so that they will receive an invitation to the Banquet (http://www.nccampuscompact.org/VISTA/alumni.html). RSVP’s will be required.

Seeking VISTA Alumni!

NC Campus Compact is in the process of creating its AmeriCorps*VISTA Alumni Network.  We would like to maintain contact with alumni about their post-VISTA endeavors, as well as provide opportunities to stay connected with the Compact and other VISTAs, and create a forum for the exchange of professional and volunteer information.  It is our hope to have several of our alums attend the VISTA Recognition Banquet in June 2008.  NC Campus Compact VISTA Alumni can join the network by visiting our website:  www.nccampuscompact.org/VISTA and going the “VISTA Alumni” section.
