Call for Proposals
This conference brings together teacher educators from around the world to clarify service-learning language, share professional work, and explore possibilities for future collaboration on issues of research, policy, and practice. Along with teacher educators, scholars, researchers, and educational policy makers, we encourage primary and secondary school teachers and pre-service student teachers experienced in and those desiring to learn about service-learning, to participate.

NC Campus Compact is pleased to announce a Call for Proposals for the 2009 P.A.C.E. (Pathways to Achieving Civic Engagement) Conference.* We invite faculty, scholars, administrators, community partners and students who are involved in civic engagement research, instruction and practice to submit presentation proposals. Conference participants will include learners and educators form these constituencies. Participant familiarity with civic engagement will range from novice to advanced.
