Community Impact Student Award
This award is presented annually to students from our member campuses who have made significant, innovative contributions to campus-based efforts to address community needs.
The Community Impact Student Award winner can be a sophomore, junior or senior. All winners must be full-time students at a North Carolina Campus Compact member campus. Graduate students are not eligible for this award.
Congratulations to the 2009 Community Impact Student Award Winners!
On November 7, 2009, during the Awards Ceremony at the 2009 Student Conference, 27 students were acknowledged for winning the Community Impact Student Award. Stacey Knotts, Sylva, NC City Councilwoman and Dr. Lisa Keyne, NC Campus Compact Executive Director, presented the awards. Below is a slideshow of the award winners at the conference.
