Community Impact Student Award
This award is presented annually to students from our member campuses who have made significant, innovative contributions to campus-based efforts to address community needs.
The Community Impact Student Award winner can be a sophomore, junior or senior. All winners must be full-time students at a North Carolina Campus Compact member campus. Graduate students are not eligible for this award.
2009 Important Dates:
August 17 – October 2: Campuses select and notify their student winner
October 2: Student winner’s nomination form and bio are due.
November 7: Award recipients are recognized during the NC Campus Compact Student Conference at Western Carolina University. |

On November 8, 2008, during the Awards Ceremony at the 2008 Student Conference, 27 students received
 the Community Impact Student Award. State Senator Vernon Malone of Wake County and Dr. Lisa Keyne, NC Campus Compact Executive Director, presented the awards.
