| It is strongly recommended that history majors, in consultation
with their advisor, select a topical or regional concentration of
12 semester hours at the 300 level and above. Concentration courses
will be chosen from among the required 24 elective hours. With the
approval of the department chair, four hours from outside history
may be applied toward the concentration and the elective
history hour requirement. The Department strongly recommends
that history majors considering graduate school take a foreign language. |
