This division is responsible for aiding in construction projects related to NC Department of Agriculture projects. Since many agricultural construction project are large scale operations this division has a great deal to do with the prevention of sedimentation and runoff sue to such projects. It is this division’s responsibility among other things to assure that water quality is not impacted by such construction projects.
