Below is a map of a major portion of the Haw River Basin. It shows the track that the Haw River follows from Rockingham County to the point at which it empties into B. Everett Jordan Lake. Major tributaries along this stretch of the Haw River are also seen on this map. The starting point of the Haw River in Forsyth County as well as the point where it meets the Deep River to form the Cape Fear River is not displayed on this map, rather only the main stretch through Rockingham and Chatham County.
