Leadership Development Institute

The second component of the Developing Leaders @ Elon program is the Leadership Development Institute by application only which will provide seminars and classes on specific leadership "action learning" topics.

The various components of this program are:

• Competency Development Seminar Series
• Leadership Development – “Leadership Challenge”
• Leadership Roundtables
• Professional Development by Request
• Myers Briggs and TAIS (The Attentional and Interpersonal Style Inventory)
