Competency Development Seminar Series
The program will base the topics on surveys and ongoing institutional
needs solicited from the University leaders. Significant topics
will also be identified by reviewing objectives from the professional
development plans found in individual employee performance appraisals.
A list of potential programs could include:
Alignment with Elon University's institutional values
Strategic thinking at the departmental and divisional levels
Multigenerational communication
Developing dynamic, successful search committees
