Elon is an institution dedicated to carrying out its mission to

What is leadership’s role in carrying out this mission and
accomplishing the goals set forth in the NewCentury@Elon strategic
plan?
The answers to these questions are critical to the future of
Elon and are
the focus of the Developing Leaders @Elon professional
development program. This program encourages and promotes the
development of leadership effectiveness by providing opportunities
for professional growth, leadership development and community
building for department Chairs and staff supervisors.
