NOTE:  When providing this data, senior administrators asked that the following points be noted.  First, it is most useful to compare administrative faculty salaries with full professors, since administrators are all senior in positions with many years of service.   Hence, for 2002-03 those comparisons would be as follows:

Additionally, it should be noted that for 2001-02 teaching faculty salaries ranked 4th or 5th at all faculty ranks in comparison to the North Carolina Private Colleges and Universities, while administrative faculty salaries ranked from 3rd to 8th with an average ranking of 5th.
